Change in entrance examination for master’s program of the graduate school of Engineering, to be held in Academic Year 2014

The graduate school of Engineering, Chiba University, announces that the October admissions of the master’s program will be introduced into the following selections from Academic Year 2014:

 

1. Foreign college/university graduates special selection

(Selection for Japanese and non-Japanese applicants who have graduated or expect to graduate from a foreign college/university by September 2014)

2. Working adults special selection

3. MEXT scholarship international students special selection

4. Double degree program special selection

 

Examination date: August 2014

 

For more information, please refer to the Admission Information Book for each selection which will be distributed from May 2014.

 

Attention:

1.    The applicants for the October 2014 admissions cannot apply for the April 2015 Admissions.

2.    In the application the applicants for the above selections 1, 2 and 4 need to submit one of the following together with other required application documents:

_Official Score Certificate of TOEIC SP (Secure Program) test

_Examinee Score Report of TOEFL-PBT (Paper-based Test)

_Examinee Score Report of TOEFL-iBT (Internet-based Test)

 

Please make sure you take one of the preceding tests in time so that you can receive the official score certificate or the examinee score report before the application deadline. Further, only the tests carried out in and after June 2012 are valid. The official score certificates of the TOEIC-IP (Institutional Program) test or the TOEFL-ITP (Institutional Testing Program) for group applications will not be accepted.
